Committee
We are led by a six member committee with the following roles.
Camryn Brown
President, Chair
Cam is responsible for goal-setting and end-to-end club governance and management.
Kuo-Cheng Feng
Secretary, Deputy Chair
KC is responsible for administration, communication, and regulatory compliance.
Hayden Cargo
Treasurer
Hayden is responsible for financial processes and compliance.
Andrew Cutler
VP – Baseball Operations
Andrew is responsible for our Kei te haerenga tāpoi (Tours) and Manaakitanga (Hospitality) programmes.
James Mo
VP – Community
James is responsible for our Whakahoki Koha (Giving Back) programme, specifically our fundraising to support the accessibility of youth baseball.
Michael Taliaferro
VP – Performance
Mikey is responsible for baseball coaching and on-field performance across all three programmes (Tours, Hospitality, and Giving Back)
Projects / Tours
We form committees to lead specific projects. For example, the WMG 2027 tour committee will be comprised of club leaders in similar, parallel roles as well as anyone with a team leadership role (e.g. two managers) and some destination specialists (e.g. squad members with connections to Japan and the Japanese language).
